Privacy policy

The data controller is SmgTev, established in UA. For privacy questions or requests concerning your personal data, email [tevezmc32@gmail.com](mailto:tevezmc32@gmail.com).

The website consists of static files hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. through Cloudflare Workers with static assets. There is no application server or database. For each request, Cloudflare processes:

• IP address.
• Date and time of the request.
• Requested URL.
• Browser user agent.
• Referrer URL, if sent by your browser.
• Country derived from the IP address.

These data support website delivery, protection against attacks and abuse, and the start-page language redirect. Delivery and security processing rely on legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). The website's Worker does not write request logs; Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request data under its own terms. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Start-page language redirect

Requests to the start page, /, are redirected to a language version using the country Cloudflare derives from your IP address and supplies in the cf-ipcountry request header. The country is not stored.

The website's own scripts set no cookies. On pages with a sticky bar, they use sessionStorage under the key “cta-x” to remember that you closed the bar. This browser-storage entry is cleared when the tab is closed.

Site search runs entirely in your browser using a search index file loaded from this website. Search terms are not sent anywhere.

Some pages contain marked partner links. Clicking one takes you to the partner's website and passes campaign parameters identifying the site, page and placement. This website passes no visitor personal data through those parameters. The partner's privacy policy applies there. For other external links, including sources, regulators and help services, data is transferred to the destination only when you click the link.

Contact is by email through a mailto link; there is no contact form. Correspondence is handled using Gmail, provided by Google LLC. Answering emails relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where necessary for a contract or steps requested before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) for the legitimate interest in handling other enquiries. The controller is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area. Processing by the hosting and email providers may also involve transfers outside the EEA.

Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare's GDPR information.

The website itself stores no personal data. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; the publisher has not set a fixed deletion period. Cloudflare's processing is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Where the GDPR applies, Articles 15–21 provide rights subject to their legal conditions, including:

• Access to personal data and correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure or restriction of processing.
• Data portability where applicable.
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send privacy requests to tevezmc32@gmail.com.
